The “Lady Anna” pillow refers to Anna Tuthill Symmes Harrison (* 1775 in Morristown, New Jersey, † 1864 in North Bend, Ohio).
She was the wife of the ninth U.S. President William H. Harrison, grandmother of the twenty-third President Benjamin Harrison and,
in the month-long tenure of her husband in 1841, First Lady of the United States.
She was the first former first lady to receive a pension from Congress, which amounted of USD 25,000.
